How To Stay Creative

Artists, musicians, enthusiasts, people who wants to create... All those people have different ways to get inspired. Inspiration is like a day and night to many of them. It comes and it goes.
A lot of artists claim that its very hard to be creative all the time. To be sure, not every day can be full with ideas. Sometimes you just have to "let it happen by its self".

Here are some exercises that will help you to find a system for turning idea into product, whether that be a story, a painting or a song.

Provide Lots of Free Time to Think
Don't be hurry for choosing what should be done. Give yourself a time. Think about the positive things that happened that day, make yourself comfortable in your own skin.

Write it Down
When you got something you think could be a great story or just a great start, write it down. Make sure that always there are some papers around you and pencils so you can draw some sketches or just write in a few words that what you feeling.

Do something new each time you make a piece of art
Don't stay focused on something that is already done. Try something new. Artists always look for something new, something different. The new ideas could bring you new perspectives and even better artworks.

Try new materials and processes. Don't limit yourself
Why limit? No, art has no limits. Don't be afraid to experiment something new and totally different. Some people says that the "real" artists has their own style... But which style doesn't need little changes, right?

Keep an open mind
Yeah, Open your mind and develop your creativity! Give yourself a time and listen to music. Make a playlist of your favorite bands and the ideas will come for a short time.

LOOK around you
Exactly, there might be some painting in your home that can inspire you. Painting, clothes, newspapers, tv etc etc. All those things are in our life and art is what we provide right?

Don't get upset about the artwork you make. If you aren't happy with a project, don't throw it out. When you are done with it, someone else might like it and then you will too. After mastering one way of working with an idea, try doing it a different way and you might get a better result. Learn background information and do research about the idea you are interested in working on.

Get opinions from others
Don't hesitate to ask for suggestions from other people, especially artists. Creative ideas are even better when they come from a big brainstorming.

Do something original
Your art - your lifestyle. Don't think that if you copy someone's artwork it will make you an artist. No, that's wrong. It might help you to develop your skills, but it won't be your own work!

Let people know you about your "weird", "crazy", or "divine" creations. Let people know you about your style. The more unique you are the more people like you!

Copying is for learning only. Use your own ideas in your art.

Practice = growth
The more you train, the more you get better. Practice leads to perfection. Logically, if you develop your art skills to the best level that will help you to get more and more customers.

Stay focused
If you don't, you will lose track of your idea and your project won't come out as well as it could. Every time you remind yourself of your goal, you're training your brain to make it happen. Be original and be yourself - That's the way!
